  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. Navigate to the “Billing & Payments” section.
  3. Look for documents labeled with the prefix “SB” (Superbill).
  4. Select the desired date and click Download.

Insurance Reimbursement

If you are seeking out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider, please note:

Use the Superbill (SB) only Insurance companies require specific information for reimbursement, including a Tax ID, NPI number, and diagnostic/procedure codes. Do not submit Invoices: While invoices show your payment history, they do not contain the medical codes or Tax ID that insurance companies require. Submitting an invoice will likely result in a denied claim.
